Description
La Neptune 3 Max est une imprimante FDM puissante de la gamme Neptune 3 d’Elegoo. Ce nouveau modèle se caractérise par un volume d’impression nettement plus grand de 420 x 420 x 500 mm, idéal pour vos plus grands projets. Sa structure simple et élégante lui confère un aspect moderne et le rend très stable et facile d’utilisation.
Extrudeuse à entraînement direct à double engrenage
La Neptune 3 Max est dotée d’un mécanisme d’extrusion exclusif Direct Dual Gear avec des engrenages en acier inoxydable SUS303. Ce système intelligent garantit une force d’extrusion puissante, avec un rapport de transmission de 3:1, pour une alimentation fluide en filament, une impression stable et précise, ainsi qu’une minimisation du risque de colmatage des buses et d’accroc des roues dentées.
Compatible avec de nombreux filaments
Cette imprimante est compatible avec de nombreux filaments, comme le PLA, le PETG et l’ABS. Les filaments souples comme le TPU peuvent aussi être utilisés très facilement.
Nivellement automatique et manuel du plateau d’impression
La Neptune 3 Max est équipé d’un capteur sans contact de haute précision. Celui-ci enregistre automatiquement 63 points du plateau chauffant et compense les irrégularités, tout cela sur simple pression sur un bouton. Des boutons sous le plateau vous permettent également de niveler celui-ci vous-même manuellement.
Impression stable
L’axe Z est équipé de deux tiges filetées et est entraîné par deux moteurs, pour des mouvements stables et précis de la tête d’impression. Les deux tirants de support, placés de chaque côté, améliorent encore la stabilité.
Impression silencieuse
Grâce à la carte mère silencieuse STM 32 bits, les axes X/Y/Z/E de la Neptune 3 Max sont entraînés par des moteurs pas à pas de haute précision. Cela réduit efficacement le volume à moins de 50 dB pendant l’impression.
Surface d’impression magnétique PEI
La surface d’impression magnétique PEI en acier à ressort possède un revêtement spécial qui permet aux modèles imprimés d’adhérer parfaitement à la surface. Les modèles se détachent très facilement, à l’aide d’une légère flexion de la plaque.
Chauffage rapide
La Neptune 3 Max possède un plateau chauffant haute performance de 420 watts, qui peut chauffer jusqu’à 100 °C très rapidement.
Écran tactile amovible de 4,3 pouces
L’écran tactile de 4,3 pouces de la Neptune 3 Max est fixé à l’imprimante avec un aimant, ce qui facilite sa prise en main.
Il dispose d’une fonction pratique d’aperçu de l’impression : vous pouvez ainsi voir à quoi ressemblera le modèle avant l’impression, ainsi que surveiller la progression de l’impression en temps réel.
L’interface utilisateur est disponible en plusieurs langues : anglais, français, allemand, russe, italien, espagnol, japonais et mandarin.
Tiroir pour vos outils

One-button Auto Bed Leveling
The 63-point leveling system adopts a non-contact sensor to automatically calibrate and compensate for any inconsistencies or unevenness. No more tedious leveling operations of the printing platform. Simply click the button on the screen to start the automatic leveling job!
There are hand-leveling knobs under the hotbed to fine-turn the build platform for a better compensation effect and final print quality.
Potent Extrusion & Efficient Heat Dissipation
The dual-gear direct extruder has powerful and adjustable extrusion force and better grip on the filament, paired with titanium alloy throat pipe to achieve a smooth & even filament feeding.
Widened aluminum heat sink and efficient front cooling fan for faster heat dissipation of the throat pipe, thus reducing nozzle clogging risk. Fans on both sides of the print head ensure omnidirectional and rapid cooling of printed layers for better overhangs and bridges printing results.
Print Quietly and Safely
STM 32-bit motherboard with silent drivers and a more reasonable nozzle heat dissipation structure reduce the noise to below 50db. POM V-slot wheels feature ultra-quietly, wear resistance, and high precision movement.
The 500W wide-voltage power supply does not need to be adjusted and can be automatically switched according to the input voltage to ensure printing safety.
Smart Resume Printing
No more worry about unexpected power failure during printing since the printer can resume printing after the power supply is restored. With a filament detection sensor, whenever the filament runs out or breaks, the printer will pause and alarm until you load new filament to avoid material waste and model scrapping
Enhanced Stability Structure
Z-axis dual lead screw+Z-axis dual-motor design with better synchronization increases the printing accuracy and stability, while the double tie rod structure enhances the stability of the Z-axis gantry.
The knob-type XY-axis belt tensioner is easier to adjust belt tightness. Widened Y-axis profiles are driven by 6V wheels and work with the imported high-quality synchronous belt for a more stable printing platform.

The LED light strip on the gantry can be operated by the button on the screen to conveniently observe the model printing in a dim environment.
